Summery of Webinar

A Webinar was watched at 11:00pm_ 12:00am of tittle " Literacy Success for All Students". It was
presented by Judith Centa (ELA curriculum specialist).  The webinar talked about the journey how to
be extraordinary teacher not only of being a good or great one. Its important to think about creating a
plan and as it is mentioned its effective to follow a long range plan, for instance fiver year plan its more beneficial in education.
It starts from the ground up, first by identification of evidence based practices as national reading panel, extensive reading ,conference and networking and analysis of programs which must be explicit and systematic, gradual release and multi sensory. Beside to that it focus on opportunities for practice with feedback in addition to regular progress monitoring.
The second component is professional development. It is to create the why? why you teach students and as a good teacher you must have content knowledge while teaching reading,phonological continuum and phonics continuum. Moreover it is important to examine pacing and collaborative creation of pacing guides and last evidence based practices which requires different practices, languages, walking same walk and talking same talk with students joined with deep knowledge.
Third component is identification of resources. Its essential to use diagnostic screeners  and intervention for reading specialists. In addition to creating of pacing guides as walking around using materials, making conservation of what use, share and know what other need to train. Teacher have to align common formative assessment, hand on manipulative coaching opportunities , although create smart board lessons with feedback.
Fourth component is sustainability which is based on curriculum resources as using power point, research to make sure materials lines, continued job embedded coaching, budgeting and on going professional development as monthly grade level news letters and online self_ paced training. 
 As a result following a plan means having an integrated and successful learning process. Such plan or training for it, allows teacher to become more knowledgeable about students, teachers and even school. It helps engaging students in class and become more effective using different learning styles which meet student's interest. It is important that way facilitate formative and summative assessments. It helps fixing misunderstandings and lead to better classroom management. Moreover , when teacher is coached for following an effective plan he or she can explains content perfectly according to a curriculum, not just focusing on covering the subject.

Its a beneficial course which helps teachers  applying new things in their education process. Beside to that, this course helps students to understand what is required from them in a facilitated manner. Also it helps teacher to evaluate  students understanding and indicate strong and week abilities .But what is important that this course let teachers improving their social skills through matching different websites . Moreover, this course allows teachers to use technology in learning activities and provides them with high strategies of assessment.
It include different applications which support students interaction with teacher for reaching higher achievements.
